Are you currently signed in with the same email address / Apple ID / Google account that you used to complete the subscription?

Problem: Can I get a receipt for my subscription that I purchased through the App Store?

If you completed your subscription through the App Store, you should have received a receipt directly from Apple. Otherwise you should have received a receipt from us already.

Problem: If I take the monthly subscription, is it valid for 1 month? I only want premium for 1 month.

Yes—when you choose the 12 EUR monthly Premium plan, the payment covers one full month (30 days) of access. If you only need Premium for that single month, just make sure to cancel before the month ends and you won't be charged again.
To cancel:
Web: Log in on studyflash.ch, then go to Account -> Settings -> Subscription -> Cancel.
iOS: Open your device's Settings, tap your Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> Studyflash -> Cancel.
Android: Open Google Play Store, tap your profile icon -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> Studyflash -> Cancel.
After cancellation, your Premium features stay active until the original 30-day period ends, and no further payments will be taken.

Absolutely—you can stop future payments at any time by cancelling your subscription:
If you subscribed through the App Store (iPhone/iPad): Open your device's Settings -> tap your name -> Subscriptions -> select Studyflash -> tap Cancel Subscription.
If you subscribed through Google Play (Android): Open the Google Play Store -> tap your profile picture -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> select Studyflash -> tap Cancel subscription.
If you subscribed on our website: Log in at studyflash.ch -> Account -> Settings -> Subscription -> Cancel.
Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid period, and you won't be charged again.

I understand that you accidentally purchased the yearly subscription and wanted the semester subscription for three months instead.
Here's how to cancel your current yearly subscription on your phone:
Open your device's Settings.
Tap your name at the top and select Subscriptions.
Find the Studyflash subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
The cancellation will be noted immediately, but your premium access will remain active until the end of the already paid period. No further charges for the yearly subscription will occur.
After the current period ends, you can select the desired semester subscription (3 months, 30 EUR) in the same view.

Please verify the following:
Open Studyflash on your phone and check the email shown under Profile/Account. Make sure it is exactly the same email you used when you bought your subscription.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, confirm that your device is logged in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used at the time of purchase.
Once the login details match, the podcast (and all other premium features) should unlock automatically.

To keep generating new quizzes and other study materials, you'll need to upgrade to a paid subscription. You can do this directly in the mobile app via the App Store or Google Play Store, or on the web by going to Account -> Settings -> Subscription and choosing a plan.
