features_disappeared

Problem: My premium features (summary, podcast) have disappeared

Solution: Hi,

I understand how frustrating it is when the features you use most suddenly disappear.

Please go through these steps to restore the premium features "Summary" and "Podcast":

Make sure you're logged in on your smartphone with the exact same email address or Apple/Google account that you used to purchase your premium membership.

Sign out once in the Studyflash app and sign back in immediately. This will re-sync your premium status, and both features should be available again immediately.

Why this happens: If the app detects a different account, it automatically hides all premium features.

generation_completes_but_nothing_appears

Problem: Nothing gets generated - when loading finishes, it's gone. I paid money for nothing.

Solution: Hi,

I understand how frustrating it is when generation on your phone seems to finish loading but then no cards appear - especially when you've already paid for it.

Please try the following to fix the problem:

Re-upload your original file and start generation again.

Make sure the file is not password-protected (if it's a PDF).

Wait a few minutes after uploading before checking again - during high load, processing can be slightly delayed.

Why does this happen? Sometimes the creation process stalls on mobile devices, so the content isn't saved correctly. Re-uploading resets the process cleanly.

Problem: I can't find my deleted files / Where are my decks?

Solution: Hi,

Just click on library and then on the bin.

Note: French: "Comment trouver mes fichiers supprimés?". German: "Ich finde meine drecks nicht ich habe grad ein dreck erstellt und es ist weg". Also asked in Dutch about missing content - check the library first.

Problem: I accidentally dismissed the AI tutor - how do I get it back?

It's always there in your deck.

Problem: My uploaded content has disappeared / can't find my files

Solution: Hi,

I understand it's frustrating when your uploaded content seems to have disappeared.

Please try:

Restart the Studyflash app and check the library

If files are still missing, re-upload the document

Sometimes the initial upload can get stuck due to high server load, causing the deck not to be created properly. A fresh upload usually resolves this.

Problem: My flashcards don't sync between my phone and computer

Solution: Hi,

Your Studyflash data should automatically sync across devices when you're logged into the same account.

If sync isn't working, please check:

  1. You're using the exact same login method on both devices (email, Apple ID, or Google)
  2. Try signing out and back in on the device that's missing content
  3. Check your internet connection

Common sync issues:

  • Different login methods (e.g., email on web, Apple ID on phone)
  • Multiple accounts with similar emails
  • App cache needs refresh (sign out/in)

If you've verified you're on the same account and it still doesn't sync, please let me know and I'll investigate further.
